Shipping Process
Orders are processed, verified and shipped within 5 business days.
How are orders shipped?
Orders are shipped via USPS and shipping is as follows:
– USPS First Class mail (3-5 business days)
– USPS Priority mail (2-3 business days)
– USPS Express mail (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
How much is shipping?
At the time of check out, shipping is calculated based on your selection.
How to track my order?
Once order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the progress of your package.
International Orders

– USPS Priority mail (10-20 business days)
– USPS Express mail (5-10 business days)

At the time of check out, shipping is calculated based on your selection.
How to track my order?
Once order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the progress of your package.
For international orders, Standard Airmail includes a customs form label, which is used to locate your package. A custom form label is not an actual tracking number.
Custom Fees?
All customs fees, taxes and duties are completely handled/paid for by the customer.
Please make note, JLuxe Boutique has no control over custom fees or what those fees will be ahead of time.
If your package is held by customs, it means you must pay the custom fees in order to get your package.
