• Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt of receiving your order
• Product must be in original packaging, unworn, unwashed, free of stains, soils and odor.
• Product must have all tags attached.
• All merchandise marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
• Non-returnable product include formal gowns, sale items, undergarments such as swimwear and bodysuits.
• Shipping fees are not refundable.
• Customers are responsible for shipping fees to send orders back to JLuxe Boutique.
• JLuxe Boutique has the right to refuse exchanges that does not meet JLuxe Boutique’s requirements.
• All items will be inspected and if the items does not align with the requirements of JLuxe Boutique and its original condition, purchaser will not receive store credit.
• Fill out return form and make sure to include order number, reason for return and billing information (Name & Address).
• JLuxe Boutique is not responsible for misplaced or stolen packages.

JLuxe Boutique takes great pride in thoroughly inspecting each piece of merchandise before shipping; therefore, damaged product would be extremely uncommon.

• Once item is received by JLuxe Boutique representative, a store credit will be processed within 3 – 5 business days. Store credit MUST be redeemed/used in 30 days.
• Once return is processed, you will receive notification of store credit via email.
